As a
 Senior Project Manager at BLACKROLL®, you manage strategically relevant programs with high visibility and ensure that ambitious goals are translated into measurable results. You bridge strategy and operational excellence and keep all the threads together — even when things get complex.
In this role, you are responsible for the planning, execution, and successful delivery of strategic (transformation) programs — from initial concept through to a clean and structured completion. You ensure reliability, quality, and measurable, sustainable impact throughout the process.
You work closely with cross-functional teams, management, and external partners, creating clear structures, transparent communication, and a stable delivery rhythm — even in highly complex environments.


Your responsibilities in detail
  • End-to-end responsibility for complex, strategic programs and projects across all phases (planning, execution, closure)
  • Translation of strategic objectives into concrete project structures and roadmaps
  • Management of timelines, budgets, resources, scope, quality, and controlling
  • Leadership and coordination of interdisciplinary teams as well as external partners and service providers
  • Active management of dependencies, risks, and milestones, including early identification and implementation of mitigation measures
  • Facilitation of cross-team and partner meetings, workshops, and alignment sessions
  • Continuous monitoring of project goals, KPIs, costs, and impact to ensure business value
  • Preparation and presentation of results, decision proposals, and recommendations for management and steering committees
  • Development, implementation, and scaling of project management standards, including the application of agile ways of working across the organization

Your profile

  • You hold a completed degree, for example in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field.
  • You bring at least 5 years of experience in project management, ideally in growth- or transformation-driven environments.
  • You have a proven track record in leading complex projects, for example in the context of growth, internationalization, or business expansion.
  • You have experience managing external partners and service providers, including governance and reporting structures.
  • You possess solid knowledge of agile methodologies and ways of working.
  • You are confident using project and collaboration tools such as Asana, Jira, Miro, or comparable platforms.
  • You think analytically and entrepreneurially and maintain clarity even in complex situations.
  • You work in a structured, solution-oriented, and execution-driven manner — even under time pressure.
  • You communicate clearly, present yourself confidently, and enjoy collaborating across disciplines.
  • You have very good English skills; German skills are an advantage.
