As ERP Operations & Systems Owner, you take operational responsibility for ERP processes, data quality, and system stability in daily business.
Your focus is on stability, standardization, and scalability – not on product strategy or architectural decisions.
Product vision, prioritization, and system architecture remain with the Senior Product Owner and the technical leads.
You ensure that the ERP runs reliably in day-to-day operations – today and as we continue to grow.
You work at the interface between business functions and technology, ensuring that processes are mapped cleanly, consistently, and efficiently within the system.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- You take operational ownership of ERP processes and ensure their reliable execution in day-to-day business.
- You ensure stability, data quality, and consistency of our ERP as the central system of record.
- You are responsible for the stable and accurate system mapping of order-to-cash, returns, and adjustment processes within the ERP.
- You ensure the correct representation of inventory, stock movements, and warehouse structures.
- You are accountable for the quality and structure of master data (articles, customers, companies, warehouses).
- You ensure the correct system-side mapping of finance-relevant ERP processes and posting logic.
- You support the development and continuous enhancement of ERP-related KPIs and process monitoring to make stability and scalability measurable.
- You identify operational weaknesses and actively drive standardization and continuous improvement.
- You collaborate closely with the Product Owner, Tech Leads, and business departments – with a clear focus on operational excellence rather than product strategy.
