YOUR REPONSIBILITIES
- You support daily accounting operations and ensure accurate and proper bookkeeping.
- You process incoming and outgoing invoices as well as incoming payments and actively contribute to payment management.
- You support tax-related matters such as VAT reporting and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- You assist with cost and budget analyses and help prepare meaningful financial reports.
- You respond to internal inquiries regarding invoices, postings, and tax-related topics.
- You contribute to the optimization of financial processes and the further development of internal control systems.
- You think ahead and support the continuous development of our finance structures to ensure future readiness.
