Team and Responsibilities

Own the systems. Ensure stability. Enable scale.

A high-performing IT environment is the foundation for efficient operations, stable systems, and sustainable growth.
As we continue to expand internationally and scale, the demands on system stability, access management, and cloud structures are increasing — and this is where you come in.
As IT Operations & Cloud Administrator, you take ownership of our Google Cloud operations while ensuring that our day-to-day IT runs reliably, efficiently, and in a structured way.
You combine operational excellence with a strong focus on structure and scalability — from clean IAM setups and stable processes to a sustainable multi-cloud environment.
You will work in a lean IT team with a high degree of ownership and have a direct impact on our system landscape and its continuous development.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Google Cloud Operations
  • You own the day-to-day operations of our Google Cloud environment and ensure stable, well-structured processes.
  • You manage IAM structures (users, groups, roles, service accounts) and establish clear access concepts.
  • You monitor cloud costs and budgets and support basic security and monitoring activities.
  • You execute standard changes based on defined runbooks and collaborate with external partners on more complex changes.
  • You maintain clear and up-to-date documentation of our cloud structures and processes.
IT Operations
  • You manage onboarding and offboarding processes across all systems, ensuring smooth and reliable execution.
  • You administer our endpoint management environments (e.g., Intune, Jamf) as well as core SaaS and infrastructure services.
  • You handle IT service tickets in a structured and reliable way and support day-to-day operations.
  • You maintain asset management as well as system and process documentation.
  • You identify improvement opportunities and actively drive efficiency, standardization, and automation.

Your profile

  • You bring several years of experience in IT operations, cloud administration, or system administration.
  • You have a solid understanding of IAM and access management principles and think in clean, scalable structures.
  • You are familiar with modern workplace environments (e.g., M365, SaaS, endpoint management).
  • You work in a structured, process-oriented way with a strong focus on quality and reliability.
  • You take ownership, think independently, and drive topics forward.
  • You approach problems analytically and find pragmatic, sustainable solutions.
  • Ideally, you have experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and feel confident working in cloud environments.
  • You preferably have experience working in multi-cloud setups and understand how they interact.
