Team and Responsibilities

Build clarity. Enable decisions. Drive growth.

BLACKROLL® is a fast-growing, international brand in the recovery and movement space, headquartered in Switzerland with a strong focus on both B2B and DTC channels.
As we continue to expand our European B2B business, the need for transparency, structure, and data-driven decision-making becomes increasingly critical.
This role creates exactly that: a reliable data foundation across markets, clear structures in forecasting and reporting, and a solid basis for strategic decisions.
Working closely with the European General Manager, this position becomes a key lever for growth — bringing clarity, structure, and the ability to challenge assumptions and turn them into well-founded decisions.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own B2B sales reporting, forecasting, and performance tracking across all markets (DACH, France, Benelux, UK, and distribution markets).
  • Establish and maintain a central data foundation (“single source of truth”), ensuring consistency, accuracy, and transparency across regions.
  • Challenge and validate forecasts, assumptions, and sell-through data from regional teams.
  • Lead the weekly sales performance cadence, ensuring clear ownership and structured, data-driven alignment across markets.
  • Analyze performance across SKUs, channels, and customers, identifying risks and opportunities and deriving actionable recommendations.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Finance to connect data with actions, support launches and forecasts, and continuously improve reporting, planning, and sales processes.

Your profile

  • You bring 4–7 years of experience in Commercial Operations, Sales Analytics, or Business Performance, ideally in an international or multi-market environment.
  • You have strong analytical skills and turn data into clear, actionable business insights.
  • You bring solid experience in forecasting, reporting, and performance tracking, as well as analyzing data across SKUs, customers, and channels (B2B/retail experience is a plus).
  • You are confident working with data and tools, especially Excel and BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
  • You communicate with confidence, challenge assumptions, and effectively hold stakeholders accountable using data.
  • You work in a structured, pragmatic, and hands-on way, collaborate cross-functionally, and focus on execution over analysis alone.
  • You are fluent in English; German is a plus.

You don’t just want to contribute — you want to make an impact?

Then apply now and bring your drive directly into our Marketing team.

Instead of a traditional cover letter, we’d love to see your concise answers to the following three questions:
  1. Tell us about a time when you had to consolidate sales forecasts or performance data from multiple sources or markets. What was the situation, what did you change, and what was the outcome?
  2. Describe a situation where you had to challenge a sales team or a senior stakeholder on their numbers, assumptions, or performance. How did you approach it and what was the result?
  3. Give an example where your analysis led to a clear commercial decision or change in direction (e.g. product mix, customer focus, channel strategy). What did you identify and what impact did it have?
