For us, logistics is more than execution — it is a key lever for scalability, efficiency, and customer experience.
As we continue to grow internationally, the complexity of our warehouse and distribution structures increases. This is exactly where this role comes in: taking responsibility for the further development of our global 3PL and warehouse landscape and ensuring that our logistics processes run reliably, efficiently, and at scale.
Operations are fully executed through external 3PL partners. The focus lies on steering, optimization, and performance — from shaping our distribution setup to continuously improving our logistics processes.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • You manage and further develop our international 3PL warehouse network.
  • You shape and optimize our global distribution center setup.
  • You ensure reliable and efficient fulfilment across both B2C and B2B channels.
  • You manage international inventory flows between warehouses and optimize stock allocation.
  • You drive improvements in outbound processes to increase speed, accuracy, and efficiency.
  • You define, track, and optimize key KPIs such as service level, lead times, and logistics costs.
  • You act as the main point of contact for international 3PL partners and actively manage their performance.
  • You negotiate and manage 3PL and transportation contracts and drive cost optimization across the logistics network.

Your profile

  • You bring several years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain management.
  • You have experience managing 3PL partners.
  • You have a solid understanding of fulfilment processes in both B2C and B2B environments.
  • You have experience with multi-warehouse setups and international logistics networks.
  • You work in a structured, data-driven way while maintaining a hands-on approach.
  • You take ownership and operate confidently in a dynamic environment.
  • You are willing to travel internationally and spend time on-site with 3PL partners.
  • You have good English skills (German is a plus).
  • Ideally, you have experience working with ERP or WMS systems.
