Team and Responsibilities

Control the flow. Create transparency. Enable growth.

With our international growth, managing inventory and order flows has become a key lever for efficiency and customer satisfaction.
As Supply Chain Manager – Inventory & Order Management, you take ownership of our inventory and order processes across all channels. You create transparency across stock levels, manage replenishment, and ensure that our goods flow smoothly end-to-end.
You work at the interface of Operations, Purchasing, Sales, Finance, and our 3PL partners — continuously improving processes and driving efficiency.
At the core of this role is the operational steering and optimization of our supply chain, with a clear focus on availability, efficiency, and scalability. You combine data-driven decision-making with hands-on execution, ensuring that inventory and order flows are always well-managed and transparent.

 Responsibilities
  • You take ownership of global inventory management and ensure transparency across all warehouses.
  • You monitor stock levels, analyze demand, and trigger replenishment with suppliers.
  • You manage stock allocation and inter-warehouse transfers.
  • You ensure smooth order flows from order intake to fulfilment (largely automated setup).
  • You work closely with strategic Purchasing to ensure optimal availability and replenishment.
  • You act as the main interface between Sales, Operations, Finance, and 3PL partners.
  • You identify bottlenecks and drive continuous process improvements.
  • You define, track, and optimize key KPIs (e.g., stock coverage, inventory value, order accuracy, fulfilment performance).
  • You contribute to the development of scalable supply chain structures.
  • You coordinate and consolidate stock and demand forecasts in alignment with Sales.

Your profile

  • You bring 2–5 years of experience in supply chain, purchasing, operations, or logistics.
  • You have hands-on experience in inventory management and replenishment processes
  • You have a strong analytical mindset and a high affinity for data and numbers.
  • You are confident working with Excel.
  • You work in a structured, pragmatic, and solution-oriented way.
  • You take ownership and enjoy working cross-functionally.
  • You have good German and English skills.
  • You have experience working with ERP systems (WMS experience is a plus, not required).
