Team and Responsibilities

Structure the work. Enable scale. Drive creative impact.

We are building a centralized Creative Hub that brings together and structures all creative activities.
Our goal is to establish a scalable, future-proof system that enables consistent brand execution across all channels and markets. To achieve this, we need clear priorities, transparent processes, and efficient management of all creative resources.
As Manager Creative Operations & Resource Management, you take on exactly this role: you create structure, manage capacity, and ensure that creative projects are executed efficiently, clearly prioritized, and scalable.
Within the Creative Hub, multiple stakeholders, requests, and projects come together. This role ensures that they turn into a functioning system — with clear processes, efficient resource management, and full transparency.
The focus is on structure, prioritization, and operational excellence as the foundation for speed and quality in creative execution.

Your Rexposibilities
  • You manage the intake of all creative requests and prioritize them based on clear business objectives.
  • You plan and allocate resources across projects, teams, and external partners.
  • You decide whether work should be executed in-house or outsourced.
  • You ensure alignment between creative capacity and business priorities.
  • You develop and continuously improve workflows, processes, and production systems to enable scalability.
  • You maintain transparency on priorities, workload, and delivery across all projects.
  • You enable efficient collaboration between the Creative Hub, internal teams, and external partners.

Your profile

  • You bring strong prioritization and decision-making skills.
  • You have experience managing complex, high-volume, and fast-paced workflows
  • You work in a structured, process-driven way with a strong attention to detail.
  • You are comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and navigating complex environments.
  • You communicate clearly and take ownership of processes and execution.
  • You have a background in creative operations, resource management, production management, or project management.
  • You have experience working with agencies and external partners.
  • You understand creative workflows and production processes in a modern marketing environment.

Please answer the following questions briefly:
  • How do you approach prioritizing multiple incoming requests when demand exceeds available capacity?
  • How do you create transparency across projects, timelines, and resource allocation?
  • Describe a situation where you improved an inefficient workflow or process — what did you change and why?
  • How do you decide whether work should be handled in-house or externally?
  • What are the biggest risks in managing a high-volume creative workflow, and how do you prevent them?
