As Lead HR International & People Operations, you are responsible for building and scaling robust HR operations across multiple countries. You create the structures, processes, and standards that enable international growth in a compliant, efficient, and scalable way.
This role combines operational leadership with international setup - from payroll, administration, and compliance to scalable HR processes, systems, and country-specific setups. You work closely with People & Culture, Finance, the business, and external partners to ensure that our people operations run reliably today and scale with us tomorrow.
Your Responsibilities
- You build HR structures in new countries and ensure that processes, providers, and compliance requirements are implemented in a scalable and reliable way.
- You develop and harmonize operational HR standards across countries while considering local legal requirements.
- You take ownership of setting up local payroll, benefits, and compliance-related structures for new markets and entities.
- You lead and develop our People Operations function and ensure efficient and reliable HR administration across the entire employee lifecycle.
- You oversee key HR operations and recruiting topics, including contracts, employee data, payroll coordination, benefits, HR systems, operational compliance, and hiring pipelines.
- You ensure smooth processes from onboarding to offboarding and continuously improve quality, consistency, and scalability.
- You drive the digitalization and optimization of HR processes, tools, and systems to increase efficiency and transparency.
- You establish scalable operating structures and ways of working, develop your team, and create clarity around priorities, responsibilities, and collaboration across People Operations and Recruiting.
