As BLACKROLL continues to grow internationally, the need for transparency, financial steering, and scalable finance structures becomes increasingly important.
As Controlling Manager, you create transparency across markets, entities, and business areas, analyze performance, and continuously develop reporting and KPI structures.
You work closely with Accounting, Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain and connect numbers with decisions to actively support sustainable growth.

Your Responsibilities
  • You own reporting, forecasting, and budgeting processes and drive financial transparency across markets, entities, and intercompany structures.
  • You analyze business performance, further develop reporting and KPI structures, and derive actionable recommendations.
  • You support the setup of intercompany and transfer pricing structures and ensure financial data consistency and quality together with Accounting.
  • You contribute to the further development of the Internal Control System (ICS) and collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain.
  • You actively drive finance projects, process improvements, and automation initiatives.

Your profile

  • Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in controlling, finance, or a related analytical role.
  • Strong analytical mindset and affinity for data and numbers.
  • Experience with reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis.
  • Strong Excel skills.
  • Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented working style.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Good English skills (German is a plus).
  • Experience with ERP systems and ideally BI tools (e.g., Power BI).
Ideally:
  • First experience with intercompany structures or transfer pricing topics.
  • Experience improving or automating finance/reporting processes.
  • Basic knowledge of Python, SQL, or similar tools.
  • Experience working with scalable reporting or data solutions.
